‘’Virginia’’ is an extra virgin olive oil from selected, traditionally cultivated olive groves.

The collection of the olives is around mid-November, takes special care, without damaging the tree or the fruit and within few hours follows the pressing and “”cold extraction”” of oil. The result is a crystal clear, golden olive oil, perfectly balanced with rich, fruity flavor and low acidity.
